A Brazilian man is lucky to be alive after accidentally shooting himself
in the head with a harpoon. X-rays reveal the six-inch metal spear
passed through his eye and into the back of the skull, remarkably
causing no damage to his brain. A team of doctors successfully removed
the harpoon during a 4-hour surgery.
