Yes, it's dated, but I ran across it today while looking for something else. The "movement" may have been flushed down the loo and back into the bowels of some Marxist, academic cesspool - for the time being - but the sentiment is so pervasive today that it is still just as relevant. "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country" has become "Ask not what you can do for your country, but what your country, your fellow countrymen, your state, your city, your employer, your neighbours, your friends, your parents, your brothers, your sisters, your grandparents, your children, your unborn grandchildren, and future generations of Americans can do for you!"
They'd rather have the "choice" to be "free" to "live" off of the "choice" (snark) that you make to "work" and the "choice" (again, snark) to pay taxes.
They really should be given the "choice" of working and eating or not working and starving.
That's a "choice" that most people could really stand up for and "occupy"!
