‘Treasury IG has aggressively
pursued and investigated these problems and is apparently about to release a
scathing report.’

Get this through your bloody head:
IT IS AGAINST THE BLOODY LAW.
IT IS AN IMPEACHABLE OFFENCE, IF
OBAMA HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT OR KNEW ABOUT IT AND DID NOTHING.
From the
Articles of Impeachment for Richard Nixon:
Article
2:
Using the powers of the office of
President of the United States, Richard M. Nixon, in violation of his
constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United
States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the
Constitution of the United States, and in disregard of his constitutional duty
to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has repeatedly engaged in
conduct violating the constitutional rights of citizens, impairing the due and
proper administration of justice and the conduct of lawful inquiries, or
contravening the laws governing agencies of the executive branch and the
purposed of these agencies.
This conduct has included one or more
of the following:
Section
1:
He has, acting personally and through
his subordinates and agents, endeavoured to obtain from the Internal Revenue
Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential
information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law,
and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax
audits or other income tax investigations to be initiated or conducted in a
discriminatory manner.
IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, ILLEGAL,
UNETHICAL, IMMORAL, AN ABUSE OF OFFICE, AND AN ABUSE OF POWER.
Furthermore, princess, we know that
wealthy Romney donors were targeted for audits by both the IRS and the
Department of Labour after they spoke out and supported him.
‘First, Ms. Lerner joined the IRS
in 2001 during the Bush administration.’
- Brayaming at the Moon, 13 May 2013
Don’t give me any of this ‘Blame Bush!’ shit. This
targeting was known by senior IRS officials and likely high-level officials in
the Treasury, like Geithner, and even in the White House at the latest LAST
YEAR. NOTHING HAPPENED. NO ONE WAS FIRED. That is condoning such
behavior.
‘In other words, she’s a career
government employee, not beholden to politics.’
- Brayaming at the Moon, 13 May 2013 at 11:30 AM
Like Stephanie Celandine Gyamfi…
…who it has been determined, leaked
numerous attorney-client privileged documents, confidential personnel
information, and other sensitive legal materials to the Washington Post and
various left-wing blogs throughout 2005-2007 and then lied about it under oath
three times…
…and is still a staff attorney in
the Obama-Holder Justice Department?
Like her?
‘There’s not enough ammunition to support
the politicization story, at least not yet.’
- Brayaming at

No, you don’t have to determine whether political
appointees are involved.
For example, the State Department has career employees
that are hardcore leftists, believers in realpolitik Wilsonian foreign policy
(spreading democracy to the four corners of the earth and R2P) and Muslim
Brotherhood sympathisers.
This was true during the Bush
administration and it is true now. (Hell, it has been true since the Wilson
Administration.) In his speech nine days after 09.11.01, Bush asked
rhetorically, ‘Why do they hate us?’ Not very long after that, the State
Department held a symposium entitled ‘Why Do They Hate Us?’ where the US blamed
itself. Anwar al-Awlaki was invited to The Pentagon by ‘The Brass’ months later
and the FBI has since admitted that he worked for them. The Egyptian press
publicly touted several months ago that the ‘Muslim
Brotherhood has infiltrated Washington and the Obama Administration.’
We know from numerous FOIA requests
and judicial proceedings that the DOJ has been politicised to the point that
the Civil Rights Division doesn’t believe that disenfranchisement of white
voters deserves investigation or is even a crime (For an example, see the Obama-Holder
DOJ’s civil rights division position on Ike Brown its dismissal of the civil
suit filed under the Civil Rights Act by the Bush DOJ against four defendants,
namely, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Jerry Jackson, NBPP chairman Malik Zulu
Shabazz, and the NBPP itself wherein they were accused of using uniforms,
racial insults and a weapon to intimidate voters and those who were there to
assist them, including Bartle Bull, who is a liberal, life-long Democrat, was
part of the Robert F Kennedy Presidential Campaign, and worked in the 1960s for
the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, which, at the time, was
working diligently in Mississippi to ensure the rights of black voters and
black politicians when faced with voter intimidation, and was serving as a poll
watcher at the polling station where the incident occurred).
And, as for political appointees,
we have some examples…
We KNOW that Kathleen Sebelius
violated the Hatch Act, according to the US Office of Special Counsel.
We KNOW that Al ‘The Romans used to
conquer little villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go into a little Turkish
town somewhere, they’d find the first five guys they saw and they would crucify
them. And then you know that town was really easy to manage for the next few
years’ Armendariz sought to ‘crucify’ oil and gas companies even if they hadn’t
violated any law, rule or regulation just to make an example out of them and to
scare other producers.
We KNOW that Thomas Perez, head of
the DOJ Civil Rights Division and Obama’s nominee to become Secretary of
Labour, violated federal records laws in excess of 1,200 times by using his
home email to conduct DOJ work and has refused to comply with Congressional
subpoenas and FOIA requests.
‘There’s
no sign of Treasury or others in the administration trying to whitewash the IRS
behavior.’
- Brayaming at the Moon, 13 May 2013
Liar. On Friday, they said that it
was just a few ‘low-level people in Cincinnati.’ Ms Lerner, herself, claimed
that she had just learned about it from news reports.
BOTH ARE DEMONSTRABLY FALSE.
