Seriously, this "cult of personality" shit creeps me out.

Adolf Hitler and his Nazis killed more than 11 million Jews, Gypsies, Poles, Slavs, Russians, Catholic Priests and Nuns, Protestants, and others in concentration camps, along with millions more during World War II.

According to the The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression, "Dear Leader," Kim Jong-il, killed 2 million of his own countrymen.

Hugo Chavez has killed thousands of his fellow countrymen and imprisoned many more.  Furthermore, he has brought poverty and hunger to a once fairly prosperous country.
