“Alleged” crimes? He called the father of Quan and taunted him. Just because he was not found guilty in a court of law does not mean he was innocent of the charges, including murder.

He also wrote the following in his manifesto:

As a typical Prog, he blames the gun manufacturer is responsible for his actions!

Instead of the gun being the tool that Dorner used to murder and main, he argues that he is the tool that Cerberus/Freedom Group is using to murder and maim.

If Bush were still in office, he would probably be responsible for this Prog’s murderous rampage.

Of course, Dorner is just taking his cues from Obama. Someone or something is ALWAYS responsible when something bad happens. Obama is only responsible for the positive stuff.
