I Guess That Sebelius And The White House Haven't Yet Read Obamacare To Find Out What Is In It.

"White House spokesman Jay Carney on Thursday tried to shut down growing opposition to the president’s decision to force religious groups to pay fines if they decline to comply with a policy regarding health insurance and contraception.

“No, there’s not a debate” about the policy inside the administration, Carney said during Thursday’s White House press conference, where several reporters repeatedly pressured him about the new directive, issued Jan. 20.“The decision has been made,” said Carney.

You're right, but not in the way that you would like.  There is no debate because of the First Amendment, Jay.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”

From Obamacare:

RELIGIOUS CONSCIENCE EXEMPTION — Such term shall not include any individual for any month if such individual has in effect an exemption under section 1311(d)(4)(H) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act which certifies that such individual is a member of a recognized religious sect or division thereof described in section 1402(g)(1) and an adherent of established tenets or teachings of such sect or division as described in such section.

Since corporations have had personhood rights since 1819 and have had 14th Amendment, Equal Protection rights since 1886, it would appear that the Catholic Church and other  businesses owned by religious organisations, individuals, charities, etc., such as the Amish, the Mennonites, the Anabaptists, and the pet religionists of the day, Muslims, they can all claim religion conscience exemptions.

I guess that Sebelius and the WH haven't yet read Obamacare to find out what is in it.

As an atheist, but 1000% civil libertarian, I’ll see you in court (petition the Government for a redress of grievances) and on the picket lines/sit-ins (peaceable assembly).

And, if the “Most Powerful Man in America,” Tony Kennedy, rules against us for some reason although I doubt that he will, I hope that the Catholic Church closes all of its hospitals – that’s 15% of the hospital beds in America. Oh, and to prevent a 5th Amendment taking or eminent domain condemnation, I hope they burn all of them to the ground before you tyrants get your disgusting hands on them.

So, stop screwing with us. Careful, that tree is getting thirsty — and I am not saying this as Alex Jones-tinfoil-hat-wearing, Oathkeeper, but a level-headed, law-abiding, American-by-choicer.

Just call me: “You Can Kiss My Bloody Bum Because I Am Fed Up And Not Taking It Anymore.”
