Jeff Jacoby set his sights on Palestinian society and the Palestinian Authority: "For years the Palestinian Authority has demonised Israelis and Jews as enemies to be destroyed, vermin to be loathed, and infidels to be terrorised. Children who grow up under Palestinian rule are inundated on all sides—in school, in the mosques, on radio and TV, even in summer camps and popular music—with messages that glorify bloodshed, promote hatred, and lionise “martyrdom.”

With regard to the Palestinians, unfortunately, none of this is news. The toxicity and anti-Semitic incitement that pervades Palestinian culture have been documented on a massive scale. Children are taught in Palestinian classrooms; Hillary Clinton said in 2007, “to see martyrdom and armed struggle and the murder of innocent people as ideals to strive for … This propaganda is dangerous.”
Secretary Clinton was correct in 2007, of course, and sadly the propaganda has found its way to Norway. Ironically, the Norwegian people, while joining in the anti-Semitism of Islamists, demonstrate an incredible amount of naiveté. Do they really believe that they are considered to be any better than the Jews that they hate?
"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."- Qur'an 9:29
